Once your advance amount has been received and booking process successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation and confirmation of the payment will be sent to you via email and text message you provided at the time you made the booking.

You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) (soft copy or hard copy) upon check-in at the Hotel (Homestay), together with your original valid photo identification document (passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL will require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact our front desk management.

Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.

If you are unable to provide photo identification and booking confirmation your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL in connection with the booking. Accordingly, any pre-payment you have made in relation to the booking will be forfeited to ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL under this term.

At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure accuracy of your booking details (stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL will not be responsible or liable for errors in bookings.

ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL accepts no responsibility for monies paid by you to a travel agency until cleared funds are received in the bank account of ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL.

Room Rates

Room rates shown on the ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals are not included.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

Some rates which are quoted are valid only for a minimum number of nights and if the number of nights included in your booking changes the rate may also change.


You may not bring the following into our Hotel (Homestay):

pets or livestock

Pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding

any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes

Royal Residency Hotel reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action. Royal Residency Hotel further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel (Homestay) and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the room, the Hotel (Homestay) premises, the other Hotel (Homestay) guests, staff or any other persons or the reputation of Royal Residency Hotel without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Guest Behaviour

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Royal Residency Hotel procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

Pets No pets are allowed at the Hotel (Homestay).


We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card or in cash for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel (Homestay) during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel (Homestay) property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel (Homestay)) during your stay. Royal Residency Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof. If you do not have a card you have to pay for damages in cash. Royal Residency Hotel further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Right to refuse Accomodation

Royal Residency Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:-

the booking has been paid through fraudulent means

the booking has been altered by anyone other than Royal Residency Hotel or Royal Residency Hotel's authorized agent or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case Royal Residency Hotel reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)

the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation

the person checking in is not carrying valid Photo ID card or document

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Gift Cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Additional values cannot be added to an existing ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL Gift Card; however, additional Gift Cards can be purchased.

Gift Cards are to be treated like cash and if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

The value nominated on the Gift Card may only be used to fully or partially pay for bookings only.

If you fail to use it within the validity period the amount in your Gift Card will be absolutely forfeited

Booking Credit

Your Credit Shell amount:

is valid for a period of 45 days from the date of cancellation of your booking. If you fail to use it within the validity period the amount in your Credit Shell will be absolutely forfeited

is not transferable to other persons or accounts

is not exchangeable for cash

cannot be used for payment of non-room related transactions

Map images, if shown, are for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routings, locations or services provided.

iDestination shots may have been supplied to ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL by third parties and ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL does not guarantee the accuracy of any destination shots.

Photos are indicative only. Actual rooms occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.

Special Requests

Whilst ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL attempts to satisfy all special requests, ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL does not guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.

Internet Rates

ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions of ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL.

Special Offers and Promotions

Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.

Room Allocation

In the unlikely event that ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL cannot provide accommodation at our Property which you have booked, ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL will at no additional expense to you relocate you into an alternative property which in the reasonable opinion of ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL is of comparable quality and in a comparable location.

If you and ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL cannot agree on an alternative property under this clause then you may request ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL to refund the full amount of that booking less any amounts which you owe to ROYAL RESIDENCY HOTEL
